Ministerial Intensive
2 Sessions Per Week
Slaughter University's 18-week Ministerial Training Intensive develops integral disciples for ministry. The program covers Church Operations, Recognizing Spiritual Gifts, Establishing Doctrine, Leadership Skills, the Five Fold Ministry, and more. It is a prerequisite for our license and ordination programs. After completion, students enter the second phase, focused on their specific ministerial call, and receive licensing and ordination upon meeting the requirements.
The Mentorship

1 Bi-Weekly session for 8 weeks
This is an eight (8) session Prophetic Empowerment initiative providing biblical prophetic insight to enhance personal development, relationships, business, family, and ministry. It helps mentees improve attitudes, set healthy boundaries, discover business passions, heal family dynamics, and maximize their ministry roles. The program includes bi-weekly meetings, Q&A group chat access, and assigned implementation homework.
