Welcome to The Triage Room LLC™ website, including but not limited to www.thetriage.org, associated landing pages, booking systems, forms, programs, workshops, services, digital content, and affiliated brands, including Latched™ Empowerment Workshops and Sessions (collectively referred to as the “Website,” “Services,” or “Company”).
By accessing, browsing, scheduling, registering, purchasing, submitting forms, participating in services, or otherwise using this Website or any services provided by The Triage Room LLC™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of this Website and all related services immediately.

1. COMPANY INFORMATION
The Triage Room LLC™ provides trauma-informed educational, leadership, ministry, mentorship, empowerment, workshop, consulting, wellness, coaching, and related support services. Services may be provided virtually, in person, through digital platforms, workshops, assessments, trainings, consultations, and educational materials.
Nothing on this Website constitutes medical advice, psychiatric treatment, emergency services, legal representation, or licensed clinical therapy unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

2. NO CLINICAL, MEDICAL, OR THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP
Submission of forms, inquiries, registrations, scheduling requests, participation in workshops, consultations, or payment for services does not create a medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or clinical provider-client relationship.
The Triage Room LLC™ does not guarantee specific outcomes, emotional results, business results, spiritual outcomes, employment results, healing outcomes, or personal transformation.
Participants acknowledge that all services are educational, empowerment-based, ministry-based, mentoring-based, coaching-based, leadership-based, consulting-based, and/or trauma-informed support services unless otherwise specified in writing.
Participants are responsible for seeking independent medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency assistance where appropriate.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or contact an emergency medical or crisis professional immediately.

3. ELIGIBILITY
By using this Website or booking services, you represent that:
   •    You are at least 18 years old; or
   •    You are the legal parent or guardian of a participating minor;
   •    You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions;
   •    All information submitted is accurate and truthful.
The Triage Room LLC™ reserves the right to refuse services, terminate participation, cancel bookings, or deny access to any individual at its sole discretion.

4. MINORS POLICY
For any participant under the age of 18:
   •    A parent or legal guardian must be present during the initial consultation;
   •    Written parental or guardian consent is required prior to participation;
   •    Valid government-issued identification for the parent or guardian may be required;
   •    The Triage Room LLC™ reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify guardianship or authorization.
Parents and guardians acknowledge full responsibility for the minor’s participation, conduct, transportation, supervision, and well-being.
The Triage Room LLC™ reserves the right to refuse participation for minors if required documentation or consent is incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

5. BOOKING, SCHEDULING, AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
All appointments, consultations, workshops, sessions, and services are subject to availability.
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time and ensuring they have access to any required technology, internet connection, transportation, materials, or communication devices necessary for participation.
Rescheduling Policy
All purchases, deposits, and payments are non-refundable.
Clients may request up to two (2) reschedules or rebookings within sixty (60) calendar days from the original scheduled appointment date.
If a client misses an appointment, fails to attend, fails to log in, disconnects due to avoidable circumstances, arrives excessively late, or otherwise does not appear for a scheduled service, The Triage Room LLC™ may, at its sole discretion, make reasonable accommodations to reschedule the appointment within seventy-two (72) hours of the missed appointment.
If scheduling within seventy-two (72) hours is not reasonably available due to calendar limitations, staffing, scheduling conflicts, emergencies, holidays, travel, or availability constraints, The Triage Room LLC™ will provide the first available rescheduling options within sixty (60) days of the original appointment date.
After two (2) rescheduling attempts or after sixty (60) days have passed from the original appointment date, the session, service, booking, deposit, payment, or appointment shall be deemed forfeited without refund.
Repeated cancellations, repeated rescheduling requests, chronic lateness, failure to communicate, disruptive conduct, or abuse of scheduling accommodations may result in denial of future scheduling privileges or refusal of future services.

6. NO REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES, PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, RETAINERS, REGISTRATIONS, SERVICE FEES, CONSULTATION FEES, WORKSHOP FEES, DIGITAL PURCHASES, TRAININGS, AND PROGRAM PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Refunds will only be considered if The Triage Room LLC™ is completely unable to provide the purchased service due solely to the Company’s inability to perform the service.


No refunds shall be issued for:
   •    Missed appointments;
   •    Failure to attend;
   •    Failure to log in;
   •    Scheduling conflicts;
   •    Personal emergencies;
   •    Dissatisfaction with subjective experience;
   •    Changes of mind;
   •    Incomplete participation;
   •    Technology failures outside Company control;
   •    Removal for conduct violations;
   •    Late arrival;
   •    Failure to follow instructions;
   •    Failure to submit required documentation;
   •    Travel interruptions;
   •    Internet interruptions;
   •    Personal disagreements;
   •    Spiritual disagreement;
   •    Emotional discomfort;
   •    Failure to achieve desired outcomes.
By submitting payment, clients acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content associated with The Triage Room LLC™, The Triage Room™, Latched™, affiliated workshops, methodologies, frameworks, educational systems, concepts, teachings, visual presentations, branding, logos, symbols, curriculum, language systems, processes, assessments, templates, written materials, downloads, videos, graphics, presentations, teachings, recordings, workshop materials, and related intellectual property are proprietary and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, intellectual property, and unfair competition laws.


This includes, without limitation:
   •    The Triage Room LLC™;
   •    The Triage Room™;
   •    Latched™;
   •    Trauma-informed workshop structures;
   •    Triage methodologies;
   •    Training systems;
   •    Assessment structures;
   •    Educational frameworks;
   •    Branding language;
   •    Logos and visual identity;
   •    Original teachings;
   •    Written materials;
   •    Audio and video content;
   •    Session materials;
   •    Website content;
   •    Digital resources;
   •    Downloadable materials;
   •    Proprietary terminology;
   •    Workshop names;
   •    Program structures.


No material may be copied, reproduced, recorded, republished, distributed, modified, adapted, uploaded, transmitted, sold, licensed, reverse engineered, translated, archived, taught, commercialized, or used to create derivative works without prior written authorization from The Triage Room LLC™.
Unauthorized use may result in civil liability, injunctive relief, monetary damages, statutory damages, attorney’s fees, and other legal remedies available under state, federal, and international intellectual property laws.

8. RESTRICTIONS ON RECORDING AND AI USAGE
No participant, visitor, client, organization, business, ministry, institution, contractor, employee, consultant, or third party may:
   •    Audio-record;
   •    Video-record;
   •    Livestream;
   •    Photograph;
   •    Screenshot;
   •    Screen-record;
   •    Digitally capture;
   •    Archive;
   •    Preserve;
   •    Reproduce;
   •    Transcribe;
   •    Upload;
   •    Republish;
   •    Extract;
   •    Input into artificial intelligence systems;
   •    Use for machine learning;
   •    Use for AI training;
   •    Generate derivative content;
   •    Create summaries for redistribution;
   •    Use in coaching, consulting, ministry, therapeutic, organizational, educational, or commercial settings;
   •    Teach or reproduce Company methods;
   •    Create competing systems;
   •    Use any portion of Company content for artificial intelligence training, modeling, prompts, or dataset generation without prior written consent from The Triage Room LLC™.
This prohibition applies to all workshops, sessions, presentations, meetings, digital content, virtual sessions, consultations, written materials, recordings, presentations, and communications.

9. TRADEMARKS
All Company names, logos, slogans, service marks, trademarks, trade dress, branding identifiers, and associated marks displayed on the Website are the property of The Triage Room LLC™ or its licensors.
Nothing contained on the Website grants any license or right to use any trademark, logo, or branding element without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of Company branding may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY
All information submitted through forms, scheduling systems, consultations, workshops, sessions, assessments, registrations, or communications will be handled with professional discretion.
Except where disclosure is required by law, information shared during services will not be disclosed outside The Triage Room LLC™ without written consent.
However, users acknowledge that:
   •    Electronic communications may not be completely secure;
   •    Zoom, email, text messaging, and third-party platforms involve inherent privacy risks;
   •    The Company cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality or cybersecurity protection.
Users voluntarily assume such risks when using online systems.

11. USER CONDUCT
Users agree to conduct themselves respectfully, lawfully, and professionally.
The following conduct is prohibited:
   •    Harassment;
   •    Threats;
   •    Discrimination;
   •    Hate speech;
   •    Defamation;
   •    Intimidation;
   •    Abusive conduct;
   •    Unauthorized recording;
   •    Illegal activity;
   •    Interference with sessions or services;
   •    Disruption of participants;
   •    Intellectual property theft;
   •    Fraudulent activity;
   •    Impersonation;
   •    Unauthorized distribution of materials.
The Triage Room LLC™ reserves the right to:
   •    Remove participants;
   •    Cancel access;
   •    Refuse services;
   •    Terminate sessions;
   •    Report unlawful conduct;
   •    Pursue legal remedies.
No refunds shall be provided for removal due to conduct violations.

12. DISCLAIMERS
The Website and all services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
The Triage Room LLC™ makes no guarantees regarding:
   •    Website availability;
   •    Error-free operation;
   •    Continuous access;
   •    Specific outcomes;
   •    Emotional results;
   •    Healing results;
   •    Financial results;
   •    Ministry growth;
   •    Business growth;
   •    Compatibility with third-party systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Triage Room LLC™ disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Triage Room LLC™, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, facilitators, affiliates, volunteers, successors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for:
   •    Indirect damages;
   •    Consequential damages;
   •    Emotional distress;
   •    Personal decisions;
   •    Business losses;
   •    Data loss;
   •    Lost profits;
   •    Technical failures;
   •    Service interruptions;
   •    Personal injury;
   •    Psychological reactions;
   •    Spiritual interpretations;
   •    Third-party actions;
   •    Unauthorized access;
   •    Cybersecurity incidents.
Participation in services is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Triage Room LLC™, its owners, employees, contractors, facilitators, affiliates, representatives, successors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising out of:
   •    Violation of these Terms;
   •    Misuse of services;
   •    Violation of intellectual property rights;
   •    Illegal conduct;
   •    Unauthorized recording;
   •    Improper use of materials;
   •    Conduct toward other participants.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Website may utilize third-party services including, but not limited to:
   •    Wix.com;
   •    Zoom;
   •    Stripe;
   •    PayPal;
   •    Google services;
   •    Calendaring systems;
   •    Email marketing platforms;
   •    Social media platforms.
The Triage Room LLC™ is not responsible for the policies, security practices, interruptions, or actions of third-party providers.
Users are responsible for reviewing third-party terms independently.

16. WEBSITE CONTENT
All Website content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The Triage Room LLC™ reserves the right to:
   •    Modify content;
   •    Remove content;
   •    Change pricing;
   •    Update services;
   •    Discontinue programs;

17. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS

The Triage Room LLC™ reserves the right to remove disputed content pending investigation.

18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located within Nevada.
Users consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in Nevada.

19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between users and The Triage Room LLC™ regarding Website use and services.
These Terms supersede all prior discussions, representations, communications, or understandings regarding Website usage and services.

21. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
The Triage Room LLC™ reserves the right to update, modify, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Website or services after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
