Shield Apostolic™ Terms & Conditions

1. Ministry Purpose Statement

Shield Apostolic exists to provide biblical teaching, leadership development, discipleship, apostolic training, ministry resources, conferences, workshops, educational materials, and online and in-person ministry services. All content provided through Shield Apostolic — whether digital, printed, recorded, or delivered in person — is offered for spiritual and educational purposes only.

2. Statement of Faith Disclaimer

All teachings, materials, and content reflect the beliefs and doctrinal positions of Shield Apostolic. Users are responsible for their own interpretation and application of any content received. Participation in Shield Apostolic events, programs, or resources does not require agreement with every doctrinal position held by the ministry. Content provided is not intended to replace, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for, local church accountability, pastoral oversight, medical care, legal advice, or professional counseling.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All materials produced or distributed by Shield Apostolic — including but not limited to the Shield Apostolic™ name and logo, sermons, teachings, curriculum, leadership trainings, discipleship materials, conferences, courses, study guides, videos, podcasts, books, articles, downloadable resources, training systems, assessments, frameworks, graphics, and presentations — are the exclusive property of Shield Apostolic and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Without prior written permission from Shield Apostolic, no person may:

  • Copy or reproduce any materials

  • Record any materials

  • Republish or redistribute any materials

  • Teach or present proprietary material as their own

  • Sell or commercially distribute derived content

  • Use materials for artificial intelligence or machine learning training

  • Take or redistribute screenshots of materials

  • Create derivative works based on materials

4. Sermon and Teaching Recording Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Shield Apostolic, the following are strictly prohibited during sermons, teachings, and ministry sessions:

  • Audio recording

  • Video recording

  • Livestreaming

  • Screenshots

  • Screen recording

  • Transcription

  • AI-assisted capture or transcription tools

5. Copyright and Trademark Notice

All content, materials, names, and marks associated with Shield Apostolic are protected under U.S. Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Unfair Competition Laws, and applicable International Intellectual Property Laws. This protection extends to all registered and common-law trademarks held by Shield Apostolic, whether or not formally registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

6. Donations Policy

All donations made to Shield Apostolic are voluntary and, except where required otherwise by law, are generally non-refundable. Contributions support the general operations and mission of the ministry. Donations do not guarantee the donor any services, appointments, ordination, credentials, endorsements, opportunities, or ministry positions.

7. Event Registration Policy

For conferences, workshops, and trainings hosted by Shield Apostolic:

  • Registration is required for participation.

  • Seating and participation are subject to availability.

  • Shield Apostolic reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual at its sole discretion.

  • Disruptive behavior during any event may result in removal from the premises without refund.

8. No Guarantee Disclaimer

Shield Apostolic does not guarantee any specific outcome from participation in its teachings, events, or programs, including but not limited to spiritual outcomes, prophetic fulfillment, healing, deliverance, financial results, ministry growth, church growth, or leadership advancement. All participation is voluntary and undertaken at the individual's own discretion.

9. User Conduct

Users of Shield Apostolic's website, events, and online communities agree not to engage in:

  • Harassment

  • Defamation

  • Disruption of services or events

  • Threats

  • Hate speech

  • Unauthorized promotion or advertising

  • Solicitation

  • Intellectual property theft

10. Online Community Policy

For social media groups, memberships, and online forums affiliated with Shield Apostolic, the ministry reserves the right to remove members, delete posts, restrict access, or ban users for violations of this conduct policy or these Terms and Conditions, at its sole discretion.

11. AI and Digital Content Restrictions

No content from Shield Apostolic™ — including sermons, teachings, presentations, videos, leadership frameworks, ministry systems, books, articles, curricula, assessments, graphics, and educational materials — may be used for artificial intelligence training, machine learning, data mining, language-model development, derivative-content generation, automated content creation, or similar technological purposes without prior written authorization from Shield Apostolic™.

12. Limitation of Liability

Shield Apostolic shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from spiritual advice, personal decisions, ministry decisions, leadership decisions, financial decisions, or church governance decisions made by any participant after consuming, attending, or engaging with Shield Apostolic's content, events, or programs.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Website Use Agreement

By visiting the Shield Apostolic website, downloading resources, registering for events, making a donation, or attending events, the user agrees to be bound by all of the foregoing Terms and Conditions.
